Leading with Influence
In this course, participants will be inspired to lead with influence and learn the skills necessary to lead self and teams and not just manage projects. Curriculum will help attendees think about their influence, ability to lead and provide foundational practices to employ daily to lead effectively. Attendees will walk away with a greater understanding of the need for personal growth as a leader, the power of influence, and how to positively impact the workplace. Additionally, using principles from several well-known leadership publications, participants will create a personal action plan to begin their journey from manager to a quality leader.

Cancellations may be made without penalty up to 48 hours prior to the event date. Registrants will be charged the full registration fee for no-shows and/or cancellations made within 48 hours of the event. Registrant substitutions are allowed and may be made at any time up to the start time of the event.
***Organizations registering under the “three or more attendees” rate are responsible for paying for three or more registration fees. If a cancellation is made which results in fewer than three participants from that organization, the charges will be altered accordingly.
