Cancellations may be made without penalty up to 48 hours prior to the event date. Registrants will be charged the full registration fee for no-shows and/or cancellations made within 48 hours of the event. Registrant substitutions are allowed and may be made at any time up to the start time of the event.
***Organizations registering under the “three or more attendees” rate are responsible for paying for three or more registration fees. If a cancellation is made which results in fewer than three participants from that organization, the charges will be altered accordingly.
