"Lean In: The Leadership Ambition Gap"

Join us in 2016 as we focus our WE Lead programs around themes from Sheryl Sandberg's best-seller, "Lean In: Women, Work, and the Will to Lead."  We encourage you to read her book, but it's not a requirement of participating in our programs.
 
 Our first program of 2016 will feature one of Sheryl Sandberg's TED talks, followed by group discussions.
 
The program will be held from 4-5 p.m.  Following the program, please join us for a time of continued networking.  A cash bar will be available.


Women Empowered (WE!) Lead is a new initiative that is designed to encourage women in the Danville-Pittsylvania County region to pursue their ambitions and to change the conversation from what we can't do to what we can do. 
 Programs are designed to provide inspiration and support to assist other women in their professional journeys, in community and civic engagement, and in work-life balance.
