RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for conducting psychiatric assessments; assessing physical health needs; making appropriate referrals to community physicians; providing management and administration of medication in conjunction with the psychiatrist; providing of a range of treatment, rehabilitation, and support services; and sharing shift-management responsibility with other staff. Provides direct case management services to individuals, conducts medication education, and performs necessary documentation. Provides all aspects of medication services to individuals.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements
M1:
 Successful completion of educational requirements for a Registered Nurse with a valid RN license to practice in Virginia

M2: Valid driver’s license and safe driving record

Preferred Requirements
P1:
 Experience working in behavioral health

P2: Knowledge of the elements of minimal medical clearance including laboratory testing to include blood draws and urine analysis and administration of electrocardiograms (EKGs)

Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.

ANNUAL SALARY RANGE
$48,184 - $74,485
$5,000 Sign on Bonus
$2,600 Annual Crisis Program Differential
Shift Differential: $2.00 for 2nd shift; $3.00 for 3rd shift
