This presentation will provide conceptualization for mental health challenges\, discuss additional challenges such as access to resources\, and provide means of improving mental well-being in the workplace. \n\n\n\nNeely R. Conner is a consultant\, counselor\, coach\, and Director of Carilion Employee Assistance Program. A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University\, she is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker\, Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner\, Certified Employee Assistance Professional and Professional Certified Coach. Neely has been in the mental health field for 30 years and in Employee Assistance for more than 15 years\, working closely with leaders of business and industry to successfully manage the human aspect of the workplace.
