At DRF\, Everson focuses on community development and civic engagement. \n \n\nThroughout her career\, Everson has led efforts that expand opportunity and improve the quality of life for youth and families in vulnerable communities. Through her work in local government\, non-profit and philanthropy-related work\, Everson has spent the last two decades supporting efforts to eliminate housing discrimination\, ensuring affordable housing\, revitalize neighborhoods and coach youth and young adults to reach their full potential.
