Director of Regional Expansion and Resource Development
The Director of Regional Expansion and Resource Development will serve a critical role in business development and expansion of a national K-12 manufacturing training program. The Director of Regional Expansion and Resource development will serve as the primary liaison between prospective program funders (i.e. local foundations, industry partners, state funding, etc.) and program staff. The Director of Regional Expansion and Resource Development will work alongside the Vice President of Community engagement to recruit prospective program partners.
Preferred skills include:
-Experience engaging external stakeholder groups and achieving project and program buy-in.
-Prior experience in grant writing and developing strategic funding plans.
-Experience in workforce development.
-Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills to successfully coordinate multiple projects.
