Childcare Teacher

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Center Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, fostering their growth and development through engaging activities and structured learning experiences. Responsibilities

• Manage classroom behavior effectively, employing positive reinforcement strategies to guide children's interactions.
• Observe and assess children's progress, documenting developmental milestones and identifying areas for improvement.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, challenges, and achievements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute educational activities that promote physical education and special education needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that is conducive to learning.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of childhood development.

Experience

• Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred.
• Knowledge of curriculum development, classroom management, and behavior management techniques is essential.
• Familiarity with standardized testing practices in early childhood settings is a plus.
• A strong understanding of childhood development principles is necessary to support the diverse needs of children in the classroom.
