Children's Clinical Services Coordinator (4263)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides overall clinical and administrative supervision to the Children’s Clinical Services Unit; conducts Clinical Services Unit meetings to refer and review appropriate case assignments; ensure quality assurance of treatment programs and medical record keeping in Unit; supervision of, and when necessary, provides direct treatment services in the form of individual, group, and/or family therapy which includes intake assessments, diagnostic services, development of individual service/treatment plans, and crisis intervention/emergency services as needed; compiles and analyzes statistical data regarding unit services and responds to surveys, questionnaires, and studies and summarizes reports to the Service Director; monitors program effectiveness in terms of service provision and fiscal accountability; makes community presentations; ensures quality assurance standards as prescribed by licensure, Medicaid, managed care groups or other third party payers with regards to clinical services and medical record keeping, as well as in accordance with Behavioral Health Services Division requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements 
M1: Master’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work that includes coursework for licensure by the Virginia Department of Health Professions as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner in Virginia
M2: At least three years of experience working with child and family outpatient population, preferably in a not-for-profit mental health or substance abuse services setting
M3: Valid driver’s license
M4: Supervisory experience
M5: Must have, or be eligible to obtain, certification as a pre-screener for emergency hospitalization in Virginia within six months of hire

ANNUAL SALARY RANGE
$52,462 – $91,809
$5000 Sign on Bonus
