RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for planning, developing, and executing all external marketing, communications, and community engagement initiatives. Leads creative outreach strategies across social and digital media platforms to enhance public awareness and organizational visibility. Oversees internal committees and cross-functional teams focused on employee wellness, employee social events/opportunities, newsletter, United Way campaign, and other special projects. Identifies relevant funding opportunities and leading the development and submission of compelling grant proposals and funding requests to support the organization’s mission and programs. 

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements
M1: 
Bachelor’s Degree
M2: Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation
Preferred Requirements
P1: 
Demonstrated success in securing public and/or private grant funding
P2: Experience using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
P3: Familiarity with grant databases and funding research tools (e.g., Grants.gov, Foundation Directory Online)
P4: Experience with website CMS platforms (e.g. Wordpress), SurveyMonkey, Wufoo, email marketing software (e.g., Constant Contact) and social media management tools
P5: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams environments
P6: Experience in a nonprofit, government, human services, or healthcare setting
P7: Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
             Communications
             Public Relations
             Journalism
             Marketing
             Nonprofit Management
             Public Administration
             English
             Business
             Other related field
P8: Minimum one year of experience in two or more of the following:
             Grant writing and development
             Strategic communications and public relations
             Digital media management, including social media and website content
             Graphic design or content creation for external audiences

Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request.  Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace. 
ANNUAL SALARY RANGE
$46,925 - $82,119
