RESPONSIBILITIES
Under professional supervision of the ICF Director, assists in all aspects of facility operations; staff training and supervision including selection, performance evaluations, and discipline; gathering of baseline data; assessment, development, and implementation of individual training programs; development and monitoring of work schedules to ensure appropriate coverage at all times; liaison with other agencies; ordering and maintaining food and facility supplies; and participation in activities of daily living as scheduled for individuals. Applies generally prescribed standard practices over a wide range of procedures with some latitude for decision making. Functions without direct oversight in accordance with standard operating procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements
M1: Bachelors Degree in a human services field
OR
Bachelors Degree in related field with at least 15 credit hours of coursework in human services
OR
Registered Nurse with a valid Registered Nurse license to practice in Virginia
OR
High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities with the ability to demonstrate the required knowledge, skills, and abilities as noted above
M2: Valid drivers license
M3: One year of documented experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or other developmental disabilities
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.
ANNUAL SALARY RANGE
$39,913 - $69,848
Shift Differential: $3.00 3rd shift
