RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the administrative and professional supervision of the Quality Compliance Coordinator, the Training Coordinator is responsible for the overall training of all employees, identifying employee training needs, creating customized training programs, measuring employees comprehension and enhancing employees knowledge, tracking/monitoring and reporting (in Agency designated manner) employee completion of required training. Also is responsible for adding trainings into the automated platform and completing annual safety inspections of all DPCS programs/buildings.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements
M1: Bachelors degree in psychology, social work, vocational rehabilitation, special education, or other VA DMAS approved Human Services degree; with at least two years of clinical experience providing mental health services or working directly with individuals who have intellectual or developmental disabilities
OR
Certified psychiatric rehabilitation practitioner in VA; with at least two years of clinical experience providing mental health services or working directly with individuals who have intellectual or developmental disabilities
OR
Registered Nurse licensed to practice in Virginia, with at least one year of clinical experience providing mental health services or developmental services


Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.

ANNUAL SALARY RANGE
$46,005 - $80,509
